How It Works

Over six weeks you will move through six Value Codes, each unlocking a new layer of clarity, relevance, and influence. This is not a class. It is a challenge. You will apply insights, track progress through XP points, and reflect weekly on how your clarity is shaping how others see your value.

The Engagement Lab

Visibility begins with meaningful conversation and engagement.

Each participant will be guided through a series of engagement tools, including Coffee Chats, storytelling exercises, and visibility missions, designed to test and refine their value story in real world contexts.

Through these engagements, you will practice how to communicate your worth with precision, confidence, and authenticity.
